Furalaner is an isoxazoline-substituted banzamide derivative that kills fleas and ticks by interfering with their nervous systems. Furthermore, moxidectin is a macrocyclic lactone derivative, and it affects the GABA and glutamate receptors in intestinal worms, causing hyperpolarization, paralysis, and death.
